Back in action

Obviously, I haven’t written in a few years, but that’s not because I haven’t wanted to. Every day there are a million things going on in my head that I want to share, but most days I don’t have the capacity to listen to my audiobooks, let alone write.

As you know, I am running two businesses, one that is humming along, and one is a start-up that is gaining lots of momentum! I have been traveling at least once a week, if not more, and cannot believe that all of this time has gone by. Seriously.

I feel inspired and excited by what the future holds, and want to start writing again. I am back, and not going anywhere.

Before Pants

During my Saturday Vinyasa class my teacher and favorite yogi, Josh Schrei, said, “now bend at the hips, the way we bent before humans starting wearing pants.”  Luckily Josh isn’t bothered by his students when they get a fit of giggles at the image of everyone walking around without pants. It makes sense, right? We bend MUCH more naturally at the hips where our bodies actually hinge, but our pants stop at our waist so that’s where we do our bending. Read more
